Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Eligibility
  • High Season is curated for individuals who identify with the Gen X spirit — those who lived, loved, or were inspired by the music, culture, and nightlife of the 80s and 90s.
  • While our core community is typically 40+, membership is open to like-minded peers who share the same values, energy, and appreciation for that era.
  • All applications are subject to review and approval at High Season’s discretion.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
  • Fees are payable annually or monthly, as selected at sign-up.
  • Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to renewal.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Events & Tickets
  • Event access may be included in membership or offered at an additional cost.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • High Season reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior.
  • Cell Phone Policy: To preserve the atmosphere and exclusivity of High Season experiences, select events may require guests to check in their cell phones and smart devices upon entry. Secure pouches or lockers will be provided, and devices will be returned at the conclusion of the event. Guests who do not comply with this policy may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
  • Members are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow members, staff, and venues.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in termination of membership without refund.
5. Liability & Risk
  • Attendance at events is at the member’s own risk.
  • High Season is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
6. Media & Photography
  • By attending events, members consent to photography and video recording for promotional use by High Season, unless opted out in writing.
  • For phone-free events, photography and videography may be limited to High Season’s official team only.
7. Changes & Cancellations
  • High Season may reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the case of cancellations, members will be offered a credit or alternative experience.
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York State.
